Create a clear and compelling business case for sustainability over the short-term (3 year). Model the business case for sustainability investments over the long term (4 years or more). Leading companies are “saving” the savings from sustainability initiatives and reinvesting them for more savings. In this manner many sustainability initiatives pay for themselves.
